Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent required.
• 6+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with 2+ years in a leadership role in software engineering.
• Proficiency in programming languages and development methodologies.
• Strong programming and debugging skills.
• Experience in leadership or mentoring capacity.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a leadership role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• COBOL programming required.
• IMS experience required.
