Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as Mainframe Track Lead.
• 10+ years of Mainframe COBOL, IMS/DB2 experience.
• Strong analytical skills to analyze business function in COBOL/IMS/DB2 programs.
• JOB abends troubleshooting and prompt solutioning.
• On call/production support with tools like SNOW; escalation management.
• Must be a team player and delivery ownership of responsible track-team
• Must have Good Communication Skills.
