Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in electronic repair/maintenance management.
• Experience with advanced repair tools (soldering stations, oscilloscopes, multimeters) and repair techniques.

Responsabilités

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of mainboard repair technicians.
• Oversee diagnostics, repair, and testing of mainboards for computers, servers, and mobile devices.
• Establish and enforce SOPs; perform quality checks to ensure repair quality.
• Manage inventory and parts procurement; coordinate with suppliers.
• Coordinate with R&D, customer support, and logistics to update on repair status.
