Job summary

Enprotech is seeking a Machining/Welding Supervisor to coordinate shop floor activities, lead CNC machinists and welders, and ensure safe, cost-effective, on-time production while upholding quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership, solid knowledge of machining/welding processes, and the ability to manage multiple projects, with a focus on safety and continuous improvement. This is a first shift, full-time position.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or technical school degree required, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience.
• 5-7 years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety-first culture and drives housekeeping improvement activities.
• Directly manages CNC machinists and welders.
• Coordinates shop floor activities to ensure on-time delivery.
• Reviews new jobs with engineering and departmental teams.
• Manages resources for emergency and non-standard jobs.
• Keeps accurate records of direct and indirect time.
