• Fanuc Robots/Controls and automation.
• Dependable, good communication and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling operators job placements and coordinating training.
• Develop and implement work instructions to improve training.
• Through put and quality as per customer specifications.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping of shop floor.
• Troubleshoot tooling and process concerns to reduce downtime and drive improvement.
• Perform production set-ups, changeovers and repair maintenance.
• Edit CNC programs and/or write programs.
• Troubleshoot electrical problems, wire equipment, PLC implementation and program management.
• Ensure compliance by all employees with policies and procedures.
• Provide employee feedback and disciplinary actions as necessary.
• Interact with customers, suppliers and vendors as needed.
• Evaluate job bids and perform evaluations.
• Follow housekeeping, safety and environmental policies.
