Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the manufacturing section.
• Coach and direct Off Line Team Leaders (OLT's).
• Direct problem solving activities in the manufacturing area.
• Analyze processes for continuous improvement.
• Improve overall plant efficiency and product quality.
• Ensure safety and security standards are followed.
