Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years manufacturing experience with at least 2 years in supervision.
• Experience in machining/assembly within a regulated industry is preferred.
• Ability to drive output and meet schedules in a high-mix, low-volume environment.
• Knowledge of Lean principles and problem-solving methodologies.

Aufgaben

• Lead shift operations across machining and assembly to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and 5S-compliant work environment and enforce procedures.
• Execute daily production plans, prioritize work orders, and coordinate shift handoffs.
• Coach and develop operators and leads while reinforcing standard work and training.
• Monitor performance, escalate issues, and drive root-cause analysis to remove bottlenecks.
• Drive Lean and continuous improvement, including visual management and Kaizen.
• Optimize labor, machines, and materials for schedule adherence.
• Collaborate with planning, engineering, and CI teams to improve routings and instructions.
• Ensure QA compliance and audit-ready documentation and traceability.
