Job summary

Broadridge is seeking an Operator to interpret production orders and assemble printed materials into a final product for distribution. The role requires strong attention to detail, basic mechanical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production setting.

You will evaluate output quality, handle varying insert/load ratios, and perform preventative maintenance. This position includes overtime flexibility and potential advancement to Sr. Operator based on knowledge and performance.

Qualifications

• Flexibility in work schedule, including weekends/holidays/overtime.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb. mail trays during 12-hour shifts.
• Ability to work in a noisy environment with ear protection.

Responsibilities

• Interpret production orders to determine proper job requirements prior to execution of client-printed output.
• Assemble printed materials into a final product and distribute to end destination.
• Evaluate the quality of the output to ensure standards are met.
• Support projects of any scope, including varying insert/load ratios; adapt to client complexity.
• Comply with operating guidelines and perform preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Resolve systems issues proactively and seek guidance as needed.
• May prepare mail for acceptance by the Post Office.
• Level of knowledge and experience distinguishes Operator from Sr. Operator.
