Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience operating production machinery.
• Previous lead/leadership experience in a manufacturing, military, or industrial environment.
• Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams on one or more lines with minimal supervision and provide direction to operators to maintain safety, productivity, waste, housekeeping and quality standards.
• Perform minor mechanical repairs and adjustments; operate in line systems with minimal supervision including manual duties such as handpacking.
• Perform makeready/changeover machine setups according to production schedules.
• Assist in completing preventative maintenance tasks and drive continuous improvements to reduce waste and increase production.
