Job summary

Georgia-Pacific LLC is seeking a Machine Operator in Green Bay, WI. The role involves operating equipment to targets, data entry to control systems, and maintaining safety on a 12-hour rotating shift with days, nights, weekends, and overtime.

Qualifications

• Must be able to use a computer, tablet, OR smartphone.
• Speak, read, and write English.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to defined standards and product specification targets.
• Monitor and/or enter data into computer control systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment to optimize production.
• Inspect product to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform basic asset care duties, including routine maintenance and cleaning.
• Work as a team to meet production, waste, quality, and safety goals.
• Operate and/or work around mobile equipment.
• Adhere to safety rules and wear required PPE.
• Attend scheduled shift, meetings, and training as required.
• Perform tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing, and pulling for up to 12 hours in a noisy industrial environment.
