The Machine Operator Lead is responsible for leading and training manufacturing personnel in accordance with the company's policies and procedures. This role supports the department supervisor in the daily allocation of resources—such as equipment, personnel, materials, and systems—to efficiently, safely, and effectively meet performance targets. Additionally, the role involves implementing and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. The Machine Operator Lead reports to the Production Supervisor.
This position is ideal for individuals who have an attention to detail (safety, quality, efficiency), possess a strong work ethic and reliability, and are effective communicators.
