Job summary

KBR is seeking a MAB Construction Manager to provide dedicated construction leadership for Monoclonal Antibody manufacturing facilities and related infrastructure. You will serve as the owner's onsite representative, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and quality across mobilization through startup.

Reporting to the Construction Lead, you will coordinate EPCM contractors, cross‑functional teams, and commissioning readiness, drive risk mitigation, and deliver successful handover to operations

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management, Engineering or related technical discipline, or experience in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum 20 years of progressively responsible construction management experience.
• Minimum 10 years in leadership roles on large industrial, petrochemical, energy, pharmaceutical, mining, manufacturing, or infrastructure projects.
• Experience serving as owner's representative on major EPC or EPCM projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead site construction activities from mobilization through startup and handover.
• Manage EPCM contractors and subcontractors to ensure safe and efficient project execution.
• Coordinate construction, engineering, procurement, CQV, and operations teams.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement recovery plans as needed.
• Provide regular reporting and strategic recommendations.
