Job summary

National Technologies (NTI), a Network Connex Company, seeks a General Foreman to lead foremen and ISP crews in data center installations, including racks, cabling, testing, and labeling. You will coordinate resources, safety, quality, and schedule goals while interfacing with the Superintendent and project management through installation, validation, and turnover.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of supervisory experience coordinating foremen and multiple LVV crews.
• Strong knowledge of data center ISP installation (fiber, copper, racks, bonding).
• Ability to read rack elevations, pathway drawings, cutsheets and maps.
• Clear communication with stakeholders and customers about priorities.
• Willingness to travel between project sites and work in active data centers.
• High school diploma or equivalent plus related trade knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead foremen and ISP crews across data halls to meet milestones and budgets.
• Review drawings, rack elevations, cutsheets, and port maps; sequence work.
• Coordinate receiving, inventory, staging, and distribution of racks and cabling.
• Oversee routing, labeling, fiber cleanliness, and test records; manage turnover.
• Coach foremen on workmanship and training; enforce safety standards.
• Plan manpower and shifts; verify certifications and site access.
• Coordinate lifts, tools, and test equipment; ensure ESD and cleanliness.
• Report quantities, labor, material constraints, and schedule risks to management.
