Job summary

PACS is seeking a professional licensed nurse to assume charge of nursing services in our long‑term care facility. You will provide direct patient care, supervise nursing assistants, and oversee day‑to‑day operations to maintain the highest standard of quality care.

You will develop and enforce care plans, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, coordinate with physicians, attend facility rounds, and mentor staff while maintaining detailed charting and documentation practices.

Qualifications

• Must possess Nursing Degree and valid LPN/LVN license.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Strong leadership and supervisory abilities are required.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing staff in accordance with regulations.
• Ensure compliance with written policies and procedures.
• Participate in the facility’s quality assurance program.
• Maintain and update resident care plans and charts.
• Coordinate with physicians and other departments.
• Mentor and supervise nursing assistants on shift.
