Qualifications

• Experience supervising nursing staff and coordinating resident care.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of nursing assistants and ensure compliance with facility policies.
• Maintain Nursing Service Procedures Manual and ensure accuracy of related documentation.
• Prepare and review reports; participate in QA and facility surveys.
• Oversee charting, admission, transfer, and discharge processes and ensure proper records.
• Administer medications as ordered and verify resident identity before treatment.
