Job summary

Qualifications

• Active CA LVN license with IV therapy and blood withdrawal certification.
• Current BLS certificate from ARC or AHA.
• 3+ years LVN experience.
• Ability to take vitals and administer meds.
• Ability to recognize abnormal lab values and report to physician.
• Knowledge of common or life-threatening medical problems.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Phlebotomy, CPR, injections within scope of practice.
• Proficient with computer systems and EHR.
• Team leadership and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing and clinical services for the practice.
• Provide direct nursing care and supervise nursing staff.
• Coordinate clinic operations and patient flow.
• Lead staff performance evaluations and annual competencies.
• Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and regulations.
• Oversee Quality Assurance processes and timesheet accuracy.
