Qualifications

• Active CA LVN license with IV therapy and blood withdrawal certification.
• Current BLS from Red Cross or AHA.
• 3+ years LVN experience.
• Ability to take vital signs, administer medications and obtain drug refills as needed.
• Ability to recognize abnormal lab values and report to the physician.
• Knowledge of symptomatology of common and life threatening medical problems.
• Interpersonal skills for cooperative teamwork with physicians, staff, and all health providers.
• Phlebotomy, CPR, injections within scope of practice.
• Proficiency in computer skills and EMR systems.
• Knowledge of safety requirements when handling biohazardous specimens or contaminated instruments.

Responsabilités

• Oversee nursing and clinical services while providing direct patient care and coordinating clinic operations.
• Lead staff, manage patient flow and supervise nursing and supplemental staff.
• Collaborate with faculty, residents, patients and multidisciplinary teams to improve clinic operations and patient experience.
• Provide administrative oversight: supervise nursing staff, ensure policy compliance, adjust staffing as needed.
• Lead performance evaluations, maintain staff competencies, and provide onboarding and training.
• Oversee Quality Assurance, review timesheets for accuracy, and maintain readiness of the practice.
