Qualifications

• Active CA LVN license with IV Therapy and blood withdrawal certification.
• BLS certification from ARC or AHA is required.
• 3+ years LVN experience in clinical settings.
• Ability to take vitals, administer medications and obtain refills.
• Recognize abnormal labs and report to physician promptly.
• Knowledge of common or life-threatening medical problems.
• Strong leadership, team-building and collaboration skills.
• Proficient with computer systems and EMR workflows.
• Effective verbal communication with patients, staff and physicians.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing and clinical services for the practice and lead operations.
• Provide direct nursing care while coordinating clinic flow and staffing.
• Supervise nursing and supplemental staff to ensure safe, high-quality care.
• Lead performance evaluations, annual staff competencies, and onboarding.
• Oversee Quality Assurance, review timesheets, and ensure readiness of the practice.
