The position requires nursing licensure (LPN/LVN) and up to one year of relevant healthcare experience. Candidates must be patient, team-oriented, and able to communicate with physicians and families effectively.

Qualifications

• Up to one year in a hospital, nursing care facility, or other related health care facility.
• Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
• Ability to work with a team and to handle difficult residents with patience and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Provide licensed nursing care to residents per written plans of care.
• Communicate with the physician and care planning team regarding resident status.
• Coordinate with IDT to ensure safe and appropriate medication use.
