Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited program.
• Experience as a Floor or Charge Nurse preferred.
• Ability to provide care per care plans and physician orders.

Responsibilities

• Provide licensed nursing care per resident care plans and physician orders.
• Monitor resident condition and communicate updates to the care team.
• Administer, monitor, and reconcile medications safely.
• Complete accurate charting and required notifications.
• Support patient-centered care and safe transfers.
