Priority Management Group, LLC is seeking a compassionate Treatment Nurse LVN/RN to provide primary skin care to residents at The Homestead of Denison in Denison, TX, under medical direction and the care of the Director of Nursing or Medical Director. This role focuses on treatment and therapy of skin disorders, assessment, planning with the Care Planning Team, and thorough documentation in the EHR.

A Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule, strong teamwork, and patient-centered care are

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university, or LVN/LPN program.
• Experience in dermatology or wound care preferred.
• Ability to work in a team and follow medical directions.

Responsibilities

• Identify, manage and treat skin disorders and wounds per physician direction.
• Assess residents and collaborate on care plans with the Care Planning Team.
• Complete charting and documentation in the EHR per facility policies.
• Provide preventive skin care and patient comfort during emergencies.
