Job summary

The Homestead of Denison is seeking a compassionate Treatment Nurse LVN/RN to provide primary skin care under medical direction. You will adjust treatment plans to meet residents’ physical and psychosocial needs, while adhering to facility policies and HIPAA guidelines.

Responsibilities include collaborating with the nursing team, documenting care, and ensuring safe, high-quality dermatologic services for residents. Monday–Friday daytime shifts with competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree or LPN/LVN program required.
• Ability to assess and treat skin disorders with professional care.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Confer with nursing leadership regarding dermatologic care.
• Develop and implement skin care plans for residents.
• Conduct regular dermatologic assessments and document findings.
• Provide nursing care and support per physician directions.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and proper equipment usage.
