Job summary

XP Power in Irvine, CA is seeking a Product Manager to lead the Low Voltage High Power portfolio from concept to end of life. You will own the product vision, strategy and roadmap, collaborating with engineering and manufacturing to deliver successful outcomes.

You will drive profitability, pricing and market insights, partnering with sales and product marketing to accelerate adoption and growth. Travel to support global opportunities may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have product management experience of hardware and/or firmware-based products.
• Technical power supply background highly valued.
• Great commercial acumen.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working in an international environment.
• Willing/able to travel nationally and internationally – up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy and roadmap for LVHP portfolio.
• Collaborate with engineering to prioritize resources based on roadmap and customer demands.
• Manage lifecycle from concept to end-of-life, including requirements and releases.
• Work with sales and marketing to drive adoption and messaging.
• Develop pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals.
• Act as the voice of the market for the LVHP portfolio.
