Job summary

Comstock is seeking a Senior Property Manager for a luxury multisite community in Reston, VA. You will lead the onsite team to drive leasing, occupancy, and financial performance while upholding Comstock’s brand standards and culture.

You will train staff, partner with Marketing on campaigns, manage vendor relations, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing and related laws. A strong focus on customer service and operations is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive property management experience
• 2+ years supervisory experience leading a team
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting and variance reporting
• Expertise in federal fair housing and state/local laws
• Proficiency with property mgmt software (Yardi/RealPage) and MS Office

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite team to deliver exceptional service and achieve leasing and financial goals
• Oversee lease-up process for luxury high-rise assets
• Collaborate with Marketing to execute strategies for a new luxury community
• Manage leasing activity, pricing, concessions, and market analysis
• Address resident concerns in a professional, solutions-oriented manner
• Support annual business planning and daily operations to meet metrics
• Assist in monthly financial reporting and performance summaries
• Oversee maintenance to uphold luxury standards and schedule upkeep
• Coordinate with construction to operations during transitions and punch lists
• Manage vendor relationships to meet lease-up needs
• Ensure compliance with policies, laws including Fair Housing, ADA, and employment laws
• Perform other duties as assigned
