Job summary

Comstock Holding Companies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Property Manager for a luxury multisite portfolio in Reston, VA. Lead the onsite team, drive lease-ups, and ensure exceptional service aligned with Comstock’s brand standards.

You will partner with Marketing, manage budgets, oversee vendor relationships, and supervise staff while ensuring compliance with housing laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive property management experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• 2+ years supervisory experience leading a team.
• Strong financial acumen with budgets, financial statements, and variance reporting.
• Expertise in federal fair housing and applicable state/local laws.
• Proficiency with property management software (Yardi/RealPage) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and train the onsite team to deliver first-class service and achieve goals.
• Oversee the onsite lease-up process from first contact to move-in.
