Responsibilities

• Partner with Marketing to execute luxury community campaigns and events.
• Manage daily leasing activity, pricing, concessions, and market analysis.
• Address resident concerns professionally and in line with company guidelines.
• Assist in preparing annual business plan and oversee operations to hit leasing and financial targets.
• Support monthly financial reporting with variance analysis and performance summaries.
