Buildlabs Custom Homes in Bridgehampton, NY seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead luxury residential projects from pre-construction to completion with a strong on-site presence and client coordination. Ideal candidates will have proven experience managing high-end homes, scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor oversight, and adherence to quality and safety standards.

The role requires readiness to relocate or commute to Bridgehampton daily and offers a competitive compensation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Proven experience managing residential construction projects
• Strong understanding of high-end residential construction standards, materials, and finishes

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of luxury residential construction projects, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Estimate costs, track expenses, and manage financial performance throughout the lifecycle
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and vendors for quality execution
• Monitor daily site activities for safety and quality compliance
• Conduct regular site inspections and implement quality control measures
• Ensure building codes and safety regulations are followed
• Provide clients with progress updates and site documentation
• Identify and resolve delays, material issues, or site conditions
• Manage changes in scope and adjust schedules/budgets accordingly
• Oversee submittal and approval processes with design team
