Qualifications

• 3–8 years of professional experience in architecture or related field.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture.
• Experience with construction documents, detailing, and admin.
• Knowledge of building codes and construction standards.
• Strong design, graphic, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe CS.
• Ability to work independently and with clients, consultants and vendors.
• Authorized to work in the United States and willing to relocate/commute to Bridgehampton, NY.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to develop and carry design intent through documentation.
• Collaborate with senior staff and principal on multiple projects.
