Qualifications

• More than five years of direct experience in luxury custom home building administration.
• Direct experience overseeing project managers and multiple luxury residential projects.
• Proficiency with construction management software and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Direct project managers, site supervisors, and construction personnel across multiple active projects.
• Establish clear responsibilities, deliverables, reporting, and deadlines for each project team.
• Review project manager performance and ensure timely follow-through on commitments.
• Lead regular project reviews focused on schedules, costs, procurement, quality, risks, and decisions.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues and optimize staffing across sites.
• Coach and develop project managers and site leaders while addressing performance concerns promptly.
• Maintain a professional culture of accountability, collaboration, and respect consistent with Buildlabs’ #NoHarm philosophy.
• Oversee project administration from handoff through construction and closeout with proper record-keeping.
• Monitor budgets, change orders, and cost reporting; provide clear financial risk explanations to partners.
• Ensure procurement, subcontracts, and documentation follow procedures and align with budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and vendors to ensure design intent and quality.
• Ensure site safety, inspections, and approvals are tracked and integrated into planning.
• Maintain relationships with homeowners, designers, and consultants and provide timely updates.
