Stonewood Center is seeking an experienced Residential Custom Home Builder Project Manager to oversee all phases of custom home building once construction begins. You will be the face of the company, coordinating the design team, clients, and field staff, guiding budgets, change orders, and schedule to ensure on-time delivery.

This role requires at least five years in residential remodeling, strong knowledge of codes, and a hands-on approach to site supervision, procurement, and quality control.

Qualificações

• At least 5 years in residential remodeling construction.
• Knowledge of construction methods, codes, and regulations.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of budgets, change orders and POs

Responsabilidades

• Oversee project budgets, manage expenses, and manage all change orders in a timely manner.
• Procurement: Handle material and service procurement to ensure timely delivery and project continuity.
• Site Supervision & Quality Control: Supervise daily construction activities and conduct inspections to maintain quality standards.
• Client & Design Team Communication: Serve as the primary client contact, leading weekly meetings with clients and the design team to ensure alignment on project goals and schedules.
• Project Reviews & Documentation: Conduct quarterly reviews on budget, schedule, and open items; maintain accurate project documentation and reports for the VP of Construction.
• Scheduling & Compliance: Manage project schedules using a Gantt chart tool; ensure compliance with building codes and coordinate inspections.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with project managers, mentor junior staff, and foster a positive team environment.
