RCL Development Inc. is seeking a Residential Superintendent to oversee luxury residential construction projects in Rosemary Beach, FL. You will manage day-to-day activities, ensuring on-time delivery, staying within budget, and upholding exceptional craftsmanship.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication with clients and teams, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. A valid driver’s license and familiarity with building codes are essential; OSHA training

Qualifications

• Experience as a Residential Superintendent or similar luxury home role.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and building codes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with leadership and organization.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of luxury residential construction from site prep to inspections.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Supervise subcontractors, vendors and on-site personnel; resolve issues.
• Conduct site inspections to uphold construction standards and codes.
• Enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
• Maintain accurate project records including schedules and change orders.
