Job summary

Confidential Residential Home Builder in Daytona Beach, FL is seeking a Residential Construction Superintendent to lead field execution on multiple luxury custom homes. You will act as the day-to-day owner of each site, coordinating trades, materials, safety, and homeowner meetings from start through closing.

This role offers growth toward project management, with travel to affiliated job sites across Volusia and Flagler counties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of residential field supervision.
• High-end residential or custom home experience preferred.
• Ability to read architectural plans, specs and scopes of work.
• Strong knowledge of codes, inspections, safety, and quality standards.
• Experience scheduling subcontractors and managing multiple active sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise projects from field start to final closing.
• Develop and maintain two-week look-ahead schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, deliveries, inspections, and site activities.
• Review plans and changes before work begins.
• Inspect work for compliance with plans and safety standards.
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional jobsites.
• Log daily records and photos for each project.
• Coordinate homeowner meetings and walkthroughs.
• Prepare homes for inspections, reviews, and closing.
• Grow into broader project leadership responsibilities.
