CRx Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead luxury residential construction projects in the Rehoboth Beach and Dewey Beach area. You will manage schedules, subcontractors, quality, logistics, and client communication from pre-construction through final completion.

The role requires 5+ years in residential construction management, read plans, and coordinate multiple trades while maintaining safe, organized jobsites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management, construction management, or superintendent-level experience in residential construction.
• Strong understanding of residential construction sequencing and project execution.
• Experience managing custom homes, high-end residential projects, or complex renovations strongly preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans, structural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and multiple trades throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Strong scheduling, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable communicating directly with homeowners, architects, vendors, and trade partners.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to identify issues before they become larger problems.
• Ability to remain composed and solutions-focused when project conditions change.
• Comfortable using technology for project communication and documentation.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Manage luxury custom home and remodeling projects from pre-construction through final completion.
• Develop, maintain, and actively manage project schedules using BuilderTrend.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, inspectors, and other project partners.
• Maintain a consistent presence on assigned jobsites and monitor daily project progress.
• Review architectural plans, structural drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
• Ensure construction is completed according to approved plans, specifications, and CRx quality standards.
• Anticipate scheduling conflicts, material delays, and project risks before they impact the construction timeline.
• Coordinate material deliveries and conduct pre-installation readiness checks.
• Lead structured project and client walkthroughs at key construction milestones.
• Maintain clear, proactive communication with homeowners throughout the project.
• Document project updates, decisions, schedule changes, and outstanding items.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and hold trade partners accountable for quality and schedule commitments.
• Maintain clean, professional, safe, and well-organized jobsites.
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety requirements and jobsite procedures.
• Manage punch lists and drive projects through successful final completion.
• Work collaboratively with CRx leadership to continuously improve project planning, communication, and construction processes.
