Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a dependable Key Holder to support daily operations at our Quick Oil Change location in American Fork. You will help lead the team, manage duties, and ensure smooth workflow while performing basic vehicle services and maintaining safety and cleanliness in the bays and customer areas.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, reliability, and the ability to manage time in a fast-paced environment. Flexible hours, including weekends, are required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a service or retail environment.
• Automotive experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Open and secure the location at the beginning and end of shifts.
• Lead the team during daily operations and ensure workflow efficiency.
• Perform and oversee oil changes, fluid checks, filter replacements, and other minor vehicle services.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and report needs to Center Manager.
• Uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards in service bays and customer areas.
• Provide outstanding customer service and resolve basic issues or complaints.
• Escalate unresolved safety, security, or team issues to District Manager when needed.
