Job summary

You’ll support daily operations, lead the team, and perform oil changes and routine vehicle services. Qualifications

• Experience in service or retail environments; automotive experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the service center.
• Support daily operations and ensure efficient service.
• Lead the team during daily operations and maintain workflow.
• Perform oil changes, fluid checks, filter replacements, and minor vehicle services.
• Maintain inventory and report needs to Center Manager.
• Uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards in bays and customer areas.
• Provide outstanding customer service and resolve basic issues.
• Escalate safety or security concerns to District Manager as needed.
• Train and mentor new employees.
• Ensure compliance with company policies.
