Qualifications

• Experience in a service or retail environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open and secure the location at the beginning and end of shifts.
• Perform daily deposits to bank and ensure store safety in manager's absence.
• Oversee cash security and safe closure per protocol.
• Lead the team during daily operations and maintain workflow efficiency.
• Perform oil changes, fluid checks, and minor vehicle services.
• Maintain inventory and report needs to Center Manager.
• Uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards in bays and customer areas.
• Provide outstanding customer service and resolve basic issues.
