Responsibilities

• Direct daily functions of unit nurses and CNAs to provide floor leadership.
• Chart appropriately, accurately, and timely.
• Provide, manage, and coordinate patient care and services with patients and staff.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by a physician.
• Communicate and function on an interdisciplinary team.
• Respond to emergencies and ensure patient and staff safety.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies.
• Demonstrate dependable attendance and professionalism.
