Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily functions of unit nurses and CNAs to provide leadership on the floor.
• Chart appropriately, accurately, and in a timely manner.
• Coordinate patient care and services to maintain highest practicable well being.
• Administer medications as ordered by a physician.
• Lead in emergency situations related to patient and staff safety.
• Coordinate patient care plans with RN.
• Provide excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward patients.
• Demonstrate dependable attendance.
• Read, write, speak, and understand English.
