Qualifikationen

• Must hold a current, active LPN license in this state.
• Prior supervisory experience with CNA staff and other personnel.
• Strong leadership, mentoring and teamwork abilities.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.

• Plan, assign, supervise and evaluate nursing staff activities.
• Provide leadership, mentoring and guidance to associates.
• Review policies, procedures and job descriptions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures and regulatory guidelines.
• Develop and communicate resident care plans and staffing assignments.
• Coordinate with physicians, nurse practitioners and other caregivers.
