Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a Care Nurse Supervisor (LPN) to lead the Resident Care Department, guiding care teams and coordinating with the Resident Care Director. You will oversee supervision of care staff and ensure high-quality resident care across the community.

The role emphasizes clinical nursing oversight, documentation in EHR, and adherence to state regulations and Benchmark standards, with a focus on safety and resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved LPN program.
• Has a valid, unrestricted nursing license.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience working as a nurse.
• CPR/First Aid certification, if required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee Resident Care Department operations and supervise RCAs.
• Develop and implement plan of care with the RCD.
• Monitor vital signs and ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and Benchmark standards.
• Lead weekly resident tracking meetings and coordinate with providers.
