Kenwood View Health & Rehab Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to supervise resident care and staff assignments under the direction of the RN Supervisor, Director of Nurses, or Administrator. The role ensures the highest quality care in accordance with facility policies and procedures.

Responsibilities include nursing record-keeping, medication administration, admission/discharge coordination, and delivering clinical services per policy.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice.
• Leadership ability to supervise professional and nonprofessional staff.
• Ability to read, write and speak English clearly.

Responsabilités

• Supervise resident care and staff assignments under RN Supervisor, Director of Nurses or Administrator.
• Complete required nursing records for admissions, transfers and discharges.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physician.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers and discharges and assist with transportation as needed.
• Provide clinical nursing procedures as authorized by facility policies.
