Job summary

10 Wilmington Place, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to provide nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and facility policy.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN or LPN program.
• Current valid Ohio RN or LPN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Knowledge of general nursing practices and patient care.

Responsibilities

• Administers personal hygienic, preventative, therapeutic and rehabilitative services to residents.
• Maintains documentation of data pertaining to resident care, condition and treatment.
• Responds to emergencies and notifies the DO.N. as necessary.
• Supervises resident assistants and provides input on staffing needs.
• Assists with the nursing process and ensures continuity of resident care.
