Zusammenfassung

Sterling Senior Care is seeking a licensed RN or LPN to render high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting. You will supervise GNA staff, administer medications, coordinate with physicians, and maintain accurate documentation to ensure safe and compassionate care.

You must hold an active state license, CPR certification, and be able to work within 24/7 shift schedules. Prior LTC experience is preferred and you will participate in rounds and infection control practices.

Qualifikationen

• Requires LPN or RN license and active state licensure.
• Nursing experience, especially in long-term care, preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; nursing program completion required.
• CPR certification is required.

Aufgaben

• Provide quality nursing care to Residents while promoting rights, dignity, and choice.
• Supervise GNA staff and verify assignments are completed.
• Administer medications and document administrations in accordance with policies.
• Chart contemporaneous evaluations and update Resident records.
• Administer or supervise treatments and wound care as prescribed.
• Participate in care planning and ensure adherence to care plans.
