PACS in Groves, NC is seeking a qualified LPN/LVN supervisor to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.

You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards, coordinate with the Nurse Supervisor, and help maintain the highest quality of care. A current LPN/LVN license and strong leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current LPN/LVN license in this state.
• Ability to supervise nursing assistants and coordinate care.
• Familiar with nursing service procedures and facility policies.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants in accordance with regulations.
• Ensure compliance with written policies and procedures of the facility.
• Maintain Daily Census Report and submit to Business Office as required.
• Complete accident/incident reports and medical forms as necessary.
• Participate in developing and maintaining quality assurance for the nursing service.
