Job summary

Qualifications

- Medication administration in accordance with physician orders.
- Familiarity with facility policies, procedures, and QA processes.
Responsibilities
- Direct the day-to-day nursing services and supervise nursing assistants.
- Administer medications and ensure correct resident identification.
- Maintain accurate resident records and charting per policy.
- Coordinate discharge planning and communications with physicians.
- Participate in quality assurance activities and regulatory surveys.
- Plan shifts, assign duties, and ensure compliance with procedures.
