Job summary

PACS is seeking an LPN/LVN-licensed Nursing Supervisor to lead nursing assistants, ensure policy compliance, and coordinate care in a long-term care facility in New Jersey. You will oversee daily nursing operations, participate in discharge planning, and ensure accurate documentation and reporting.

Candidates must hold an active NJ license and strong English communication skills. The role requires leadership in planning, coordinating resident care services, and maintaining regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Must possess a current, active LPN/LVN license to practice in the state.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; communicate with staff and families.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day nursing assistant functions in accordance with facility policies.
• Ensure compliance with Nursing Service Procedures Manual and facility regulations.
• Participate in discharge planning and quality assurance activities.
• Review and update department policies, procedures, and staffing plans.
• Maintain accurate charting and documentation for residents and staff.
