Job summary

The role oversees shift-level clinical operations, administers medications, conducts assessments, monitors vital signs, and coordinates care plans with families, case managers, and the interdisciplinary team. Qualifications

• Active Alabama LPN license required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• One year of experience with intellectually or developmentally disabled individuals preferred.
• Clear pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Shift Leadership: act as clinical Team Lead on shift guiding direct care staff.
• Administer medications and perform clinical assessments per care protocols.
• Monitor vital signs and provide specialized treatments.
• Document and track medical records, narcotic counts, and physician orders.
