Job summary

Apis Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Lead Nurse (LPN) to provide clinical leadership and direct nursing support within our Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) programs serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Tennessee.

Under the RN Area Manager, you will oversee day-to-day nursing operations, coordinate schedules, monitor medications, mentor staff, and ensure care plans meet regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in the State of Tennessee.
• Minimum of two (2) years of clinical nursing experience.
• Three (3) to five (5) years of nursing experience in long-term care, residential services, home health, or related settings preferred.
• Experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred.
• Knowledge of ICF/IDD standards and regulatory requirements strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate day-to-day healthcare services according to accepted nursing standards and individualized care plans.
• Assist in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating healthcare services.
• Conduct ongoing monitoring of individuals' health status and identify changes in condition.
• Ensure service recipients receive appropriate medical care and follow-up services.
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team members to address healthcare needs.
