Job summary

Rainbow Omega, Inc. is seeking an ICF Team-Lead LPN to head shifts, oversee clinical operations, and provide high-quality nursing care for residents in an Intermediate Care Facility.

This in-person, full-time role emphasizes leadership, daily health monitoring, and adherence to individualized care plans. The ideal candidate will hold an Alabama LPN license, have a high school diploma or GED, and be at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• Active Alabama LPN license.
• Driver’s license required.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• One year of experience with intellectually or developmentally disabled individuals is preferred but not required.
• Background checks and a clean drug screen are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Serve as clinical Team Lead on shift, directing care staff to ensure resident safety and compliance with health plans.
• Administer medications, perform clinical assessments, monitor vital signs, and support treatments per care protocols.
• Maintain accurate medical records, narcotic counts, physician orders, and incident reports.
• Communicate with families and the medical team to advocate for resident well-being.
