Beaumont Rehabilitation & Nursing is seeking an LPN to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants. The role follows federal, state, and local standards and may require coordination with the Director of Nursing to ensure high-quality care.

You will direct day-to-day nursing activities, document care, administer medications, and collaborate with inter-departmental teams to maintain a warm, safe environment for residents.

Competenze

• Licensed Practical Nurse with current licensure.
• English language proficiency.
• Ability to make independent decisions.
• Knowledge of nursing practices and regulations.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience in Long Term Care preferred.

Mansioni

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants and plan shift services with staff.
• Complete and file required admission, transfer, discharge forms and physician orders.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician.
• Develop and maintain good rapport with inter-departmental personnel to ensure quality nursing care.
• Administer procedures such as catheterization, dressings, wound care and routine nursing duties.
• Monitor safety and ensure privacy and confidentiality of resident information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
